Kaitlin Heck

With her Exercise Physiology degree and years of experience in the field, Kaitlin has developed a reputation for empowering her clients both physically and mentally. She has been training a diverse range of individuals and groups since completing her degree in 2016, with a focus on weight loss and strength training. Witnessing her clients become stronger, faster, and more capable in their daily lives brings her immense joy.

In addition to her one-on-one coaching, Kaitlin is well-versed in leading large group fitness classes. Having taught a variety of formats such as HIIT circuit classes and college-level weight lifting courses, she knows how to keep a group engaged and motivated. Her ability to create an energetic and supportive environment allows each participant to leave feeling challenged and empowered.

Practicing what she preaches is an essential aspect of Kaitlin's philosophy. She maintains an active lifestyle and continually strives to improve her fitness level. Fitness, proper nutrition, and weight lifting have had a significant positive impact on her life, and she wants her clients to experience the same benefits.

Dragan Manev


Dragan has always had a passion for health and wellness, which was reflected in the sports he played during his adolescence, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics. While attending medical school, Dragan spent most of his free time weightlifting and working out at the gym. With the knowledge he gained from his medical education and his years of experience in the gym, he soon developed a passion for becoming a personal trainer.

Dragan's personal training journey began in 2018, and he is now certified in Fitness Nutrition, Sports Performance & Training with Special Population. He believes that a healthy lifestyle involves more than just lifting weights. It includes stretching, warming up, eating nutrient-rich foods, resting, getting enough sleep, and being consistent.

As a personal trainer, Dragan has built his confidence, worked through life challenges, and met many special people. He takes joy in using his own experience and qualifications to help others achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of any future health-related issues. Dragan aims to create workout programs that will help individuals discover their strength, agility, and mobility. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
