Katie challenges our Athletes on a daily basis, helping them accomplish abilities they never thought possible. Her background in exercise science allows her to keep our athletes injury-free while she builds them into a stronger, faster version of themselves.

Brian has been training Athletes for over two decades. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a lifelong passion for making Athletes faster and more agile.
